Can't Update Wordpress to 6.11

I'm using 5.84 and tried to update to 6.11 twice.
Every time I update it, I end up not being able to update or edit my posts.
Everything else works perfectly, but every time I try to edit a post or a draft, the page won't load.

Any idea? I'll provide more information if you need me to. I just really have no clue where to start.

May be your host can help you with fixing the wo install. Or you can try changing a theme. See if that helps?

I wasted hours with support the last time it happened. Ended up needing to recover a backup.
Didn't think about the theme, though. I got it from Festinger, so maybe it needs an update before I update WP. Good call :)

One more thing , if I were you and in the same situation, I would dump the backup of the site on another wordpress setup with different host ( and block robots from crawling ) and see if that works there. I have multiple hosts account so I can do that. Also would have reverted to twenty two-three-four theme.
 
Try your theme elsewhere until you get it working.

Frankly, the first thing i would do after updating is to disable all the plugins.

Then check your site. And if you still have the issue, then look at updating or changing the theme.

If no issue, then start enabling the plugins one by one and checking between each enable to see if the issue returned. When it returns, you know that the last plugin you enabled caused it. So now just update the plugin. If that doesnt fix it, look for a different plugin that offers the same functionality.
 
Long shot (but has happened to me) - double check what version of PHP they are running on your server and see if there is a compatibility issue with the latest WP or one of the plugins. You may have some deprecated code.

Great advice, i forgot to mention this. Ive experienced weirdness before because of php version crap.

I had a similar issue and all I did was disabled all my plugins before attempting the upgrade...
