Can't understand the PLR license - Need expert's advise

Can I sell private label rights for this product?
Ans:[Yes/No].
Yes, means you can transfer PLR rights to your customers. No, means you can't. Your customer can only use it for personal use for their business, they can't resell the product.
Most products don't give you transferrable PLR rights. It's called master PLR and it would be costlier as you can act as the original creator and sell PLR license to your customers.
Most PLR products come with transferrable Master Resell Rights or Resell Rights if there is. Otherwise, PLR products mean you can modify, break down whatever you want to do and sell it to your customers without any resell rights, it would be for personal use only.
Anyway, your PLR license file should have additional details like how you can sell, if you can give away for free or not and so on.

I still have a doubt.
Most of the plr products comes with all these 3 conditions.
[Yes] Can sell resale rights
[Yes] Can sell master resale rights
[No] Can sell Private Label Rights
In this situation what can I provide from the product to my customer? I mean, can I provide landing page, squeeze page, ecover graphics, etc... to my customers?

Yes.
You can provide everything if you have PLR that says you can sell Master Resell Rights or Resell Rights.
The only difference would be rights or license they get. Now they would have Master Resell Rights which means they can sell Resell Rights or personal use only product to their customers.
