Cant track outbound links with statcounter

Hello,

I use a index.php in my directories to route my affilate links. So if i want someone to go to blahblah affiliate i do something like http://site.com/blahblah/

Im sure most of you are aware of that. The issue is that statcounter cannot track these outbound clicks so i cannot tell if people are leaving my site through that or not. How can i fix this? Please suggest something
