Can't track my parcel on eBay.. help ?

Hello, I shopped an item for my eBay customer on Aliexpress.. I shipped it to Portugal with China Post Registred Air Mail.. and when I put it on eBay it does not show anything (knowing that it shows info when I track it on other sites like 17track.net)
I do not know where is the problem but I guess I entered the wrong carrier.. I entered CTT !! am I right ? or I need to change it ?
please help if anyone of you has already shipped a parcel to Portugal

Sound like an odd case. I'd contact Ali express support and hope my buyer doesn't ask for a refund.
