Can't tell if my plan is bad

I already have a niche, 5k followers and I follow people with CPA link in bio.
I followed 1.3k, got 30 clicks on link, and 4 in OGAds.
Although, I get 50% US traffic.
Maybe its the bitly link? Or the fact that I'm directing straight to the content locker?

Dont direct straight to locker

Why would you follow users who already saw the same cpa offer. Makes no sense. You need to chang targetting

I'll try to explain myself better.
Using a bot im following people.
Those two days I followed 1.3k users, and go only 30 click on the bio link(bitly).
So I should get a domain as you recommend, but those numbers are that bad?2.5% ratio.
30 visits, and 4 clicks no comm.
