Can't start a conversation (PM), Please Help

I already post more than 15 posts. But I can't start a conversation to BHW user, it was good couple days ago. Did I violate any rule? Anyone could help me? Thank you.

Just click the profile picture of the user->Start a conversation option there then chat with the user.

I have the same thing. Dont c the "start the conversation" option at all
