Can't solve this Instagram problem..

Does anyone know a solution to fix this? It happened to me as well... How long did the "block" last?

Are you sure you were blocked? I had this problem a few times recently when flipping between accounts using the app. Updating the app seems to have solved the problem.
 
I don't know why yours hasn't been solved yet, mine gets resolved in two days just by doing nothing
 
it worked like 7-10 days very good, but now i have this Problem again. so annoying
