CAN'T SIGN UP SNAPCHAT

Hey guys!I am trying to create a snapshot account, but it won't let me sign up.First, I tried from my phone, after I set up name, birthday username and password it shows the error "Oh No! look like you can't create an account right now" so I tried with a vpn (orbit and other) still the same.Then I tried from emulator still the same.Tried with airport and 2 other vans still the same..All my tries were from my home internet IP So is there any other way to fix this and create it or should I try to connect to other Wifi?Thanks in advance.(And yes, I searched around YouTube and google).

Edit: my phone is not rooted.

Is your phone rooted? Try with different apk-versions.

Yeah!Just tried creating a hotspot from data mobile and It worked, but now I sign out and connected on my home network and can't login ://
