Have you already tried to do that on another device? Maybe it will work if you try on your phone

Record a video while you're doing this and send it to support. They should resolve it within 48 hours. I had the same problem, and this is how it got resolved.

Yes same problem when i use phone
I think i was link 10 years ago when get baneed adsense now i unbaned at adsense but i can't go to option's remove, add, edit adsense adress because when i go i get this error.

Yeah that AS-01 error usually means something flagged on GG side — could be duplicate info, banned IP, or previously rejected account. Try clearing cookies or using a fresh browser.
