cant send payment from my paypal

i have made a us paypal and verfied it using payoneer us bank ( i am non-us resident) , few days i tried to send payment to my friend , but when try to send they give me a message that they will text my phone number to sure i own the account, at first i was using a fake number and havent verfied it , but i asked my firend that live in usa to give me his number and successfuly verfied my phone number , i tried send agian , same message pop up , (that they will text my number) i clicked countine it says"' we couldnt verfiy that number please try use anther phone number " i dont know what to do but seems my money is freezed out there , note my fake address is from chicago and the number i used to is from michigan , please someone help me to unfreeze my money

1: Leave that account for some days Paypal will not ask Phone number
2: Ask friend to send you an Invoice at and after that you confirm it Paypal not ask you Phone number

Hey! I am having the same problem. I also tried an invoice and they still want sms verification. They said in 12 days my account will be restricted--even more I guess. I even have a balance but they will not let me touch it.Any ideas?

just wanting to know does payoneer us bank still work with us paypal?
