Can't sell cheap on ebay?

Hi everyone!
The fees on ebay are 10% per sale and on paypal it's something about 4.4% plus 0.30$. Does that mean I can't sell items below 0.30$? Cause paypal is taking 0.30$ anyway no matter what.

You can`t list anything on eBay for less then 0,99$. I mean for direct selling.
You can list auctions for less than 0,99$.
