cant see remote publsihing tab in my wordrpess

so i tried to used namecheap hosting for some projects and i installed wordpress .
but under writing option there is no option tab of "remote publishing" .cant find it on google .
anyone ?

Look in screen options tab at top of admin

its not there even so i contacted namecheap and they whitelisted my domain
