Can't see Private messages on Jarvee?

Hi guys,

So I go to global tool > IG Direct messages > Load all and won't see any private message.

I even sent to my self, it just won't appear.

Anyone know the reason? Jarvee customer support told me to restart the software, it didn't help of course.

Hey there. Had something similar a few days ago and it had to with the validation of the account on the proxy. Maybe try to verify it again and check your proxies

Can you see them in the Account's tools? (Not global)
