Can’t See “Create New Folder” Option in Direct Messages

I’m trying to organize my direct messages, but I don’t see the option to create a new folder in my inbox. I’ve checked multiple times, and the left panel only shows “No Folder” — no “Create Folder” or similar button is visible.

That's correct... It's missing from my end as well.

So, I'd like to have a good story about why Jr. VIPs lost this perk. But, it was simply missed when I did the overhaul of the permissions a few months back.
