Cant see banner upload option

I cant seem to figure out how to add my banner. :/ Looked up partner options and it says there is an " Upload Banner Image " option. I dont have this for some reason, just the option to lower my channel to show the image and an image map code area to add links.





Does anyone know how to do this? My banner wont have any links so no need for image map codes anyway.
