can't see analytics

when I go to reporting > analytics, I get the message "The page you requested has generated an error. If you continue to receive this error please contact customer support. Please use the main navigation to continue." is anyone else having this issue today? I logged into one of my other inactive accounts and everything was fine.

don't know, but glad to hear someone else has it and it's not just me. It's probably some maintenance stuff going on hopefully they get it fixed soon
 
do you think if we got sales during this period it'll show?
 
Phew!! Im noticing that my analytics are not showing too?? Wtf?? I was beginning to think they banned my account lol!
 
I was about to contact CB support until I saw this, I thought I was the only one. Sales still showing up in dashboard, at least in my dashboard :)

okay thanks that reassures me, I thought that sales wouldn't go through because of this but i see that's not the case
 
Analytics not working for me too. Sales are still coming though.
 
Ah, so i was not the only one.
I contacted them yesterday about this issue. Hope they will fix it ASAP.
 
Its weird because one of my accounts works fine but the other doesn't work? I messaged them but no reply yet.
Sales are still being recorded, just can't see analytics hops/stats.
