So I recently forgot my password on my primary account and every time I try to submit my info to reset my password I come across an error.
The new verification set up is great and everything but when I finish the PlayThru game, even when it says "Game Completed" I continue and then I get an error saying "The PlayThru game was not completed. Please try again." No matter what game I do or how many times I do it I keep getting that same error. Also, I've tried the alternate verification which is that you listen to an MP3 with numbers but that's no help either. You can't understand the numbers and it sounds creepy as hell.
But anyway, if anyone could help that'd be great. Thank you!
