How do I fix this ?

these are the community's terms so I don't think there is a way to fix ur issue.

the subreddit is preventing links from being posted more than once

try posting on different subreddits.

If it's a picture then just screenshot it and upload to imgur it will give you a different link then it should work

You cannot "fix it". It's the decision of the moderators. You can share it through a different link. Your social media account, for example. Your own url. But you're still risking getting banned or removed.
