Can't reply to my own thread, and neither can I send PMs

I want to reply to these guys, but it neither allows me to send them a private message. What's going on? Browsing this forum via Tor is already a pain in the neck, but am I kind of banned? Or newbies can't just send private messages?

The BHW https://support.blackhatworld.com/support/home section's link can be found at the bottom of all BHW pages and it is a useful help resource.
You must have a minimum of 15 posts before you can send a PM on BHW (at this moment, you have 3 posts).

The systems are in place to make the platform safe for all of us. Do use the BHW https://support.blackhatworld.com/support/home section, as it is quite handy at knowing how to use the forum and it also has search bar (box), so you can type in a keyword related to your query and get answers to them.
