Can't register xanga

I am from Philippines, why can't register xanga? it says an error occurred.

If they are blocking your ip because of your location try using a proxy and see if that helps. I have no idea if they are or not but using a US proxy will fix the problem if they are and if it does not then you know the problem is not your location.

Here are a few US proxies that were tested about an hour ago. Do a Google search on how to use them with your particular browser.
