Can't Register Expired Tumblrs

Been scraping a lot of tumblrs lately using scrapebox and their vanity checker. They show as available and they are indeed 404s when I check them manually but when I try to register them they have already been taken? Why is this so?

Some of the tumblrs I'm talking about: (available as of the moment and showing as 404s)
80s-90s-supermodels.tumblr.com
rufftoon.tumblr.com
gardenofthequeen.tumblr.com

Probably banned, the banned stay locked and you can't take them

Means they are banned, and banned tumblrs also show 404 so scrapebox will take them as avaliable.
There is no way around this except to keep searching for available ones.

Keep note of that tumblr, sometime after a short period of time, they are again available. Nobody knows why, I already searched news for that on the web, it seems a tumblr unknown feature
