Cant receive Emails from BHW anymore

Hi!

I sign up in december with an email adress with from of my domains. The domains was canceled by me and I forgot they I had some Emails running on it. So I changed my email adress in the User CP but anyway did not get any new emails.

In the meantime I sign up for Jr. VIP and Donor Status.

Today I was testing around to solve this problem with the non receiving emails and deacitivated spam filter etc. and changed my email here again. Since then I have no access do JR. VIP anymore. My guess is its because I changed the email adress and did not confirm it (I cant because I dont receive emails from bhw...). I tryed to change back but this doenst work too.

Please help me with that if there is a solution.

Try clearing cookies and add gmail id in your usercp.That might helps.Because many mails go to spam sometimes wrongly.Also check spam folder.

Great Idea! Used that and then checked the spam their and it worked. Also have now access to Jr. VIP again.
