Can't read direct messages on Jarvee?

Hey guys,

In the last two days I am not getting any messages in the "Direct message" section in Jarvee, however I many people are sending me dm.

Anyone have an idea why does it happen? Is it a prpblem with my accounts or Jarvee?

Go to global tools > Ig direct messages > load all messages. Tick the "show only pending requests" to see messages you have not yet accepted.

Thanks for your reply, I already did that, unfortunately it shows just the pending requests but nothing else, I used to get tons of messages accross my accounts and now Jarvee shows zero (and I know it supposed to show up many as I also sent to my self just to test).

I am not sure what else can be done honestly
