I am trying to open the following page: and it says this message

Hmmm… can't reach this page​

It looks like the webpage at https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/good-popunder-network-with-low-deposit.1579852/ might be having issues or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

I open it in incognito and it works, my account have some limitations, or is there another problem?

It works here. It may be a cache problem. Try to clean your browser's cache and check it again.

i cleared cached still not working, i saw this on other random topics before but not very often
