Cant rank dentist website, need help

The links you have built are good. But you need those links to be consistently built on a regular basis.

You also need to build some other link types to keep up the diversity - web 2.0s, link drops, forum posts, q&a links, directories and maybe some private pbns if you have access to them.

More importantly though, it will take time. Probably 6-12 months to see sizeable improvements.

In my experience it’s often months after you’ve stopped link building (and sometimes almost given up) that the results start to become apparent. That’s just how seo works.

Also, remember that you’ll likely be competing against other seos with big budgets (seeing as dentistry is a very lucrative industry).

Yeah I'm sorry just really in a bad mood right now. Do you have any advice you can give about the business directory / web directory thing I told? Do you think they'd be enough on their own next to my pbns to provide diversity and I'd be well off to rank that way?

okay thanks, as I've stated before, do you think business directory / web directory strategy for diversity (I think it synonymous with pillow links) is going to work well? Would you say thats enough?

No worries, you'll get it ranked, just be patient and find more time if possible. Good luck with it, really.

I know that this is not what you want to hear, but the dentistry niche (well, like most medical and health related niches) are competitive, so you might not rank when you want to. Sorry to say it, but it's true. Even if you get good backlinks (which I encourage you to do instead of getting crappy web 2.0s and profile links) it can still take time to rank that site.

Business directories might help, but I still think they're not enough...

I noticed you mentioning in another post that you are trying to rank in Greece but did you choose this market in your GSC? Because if you don't tell Google that your target market is Greece then this could be why you're not ranking there

I target international patients travelling to greece for dentistry. Though I didn't know you could select markets in gsc I'll be looking it up

Would you say web directories and business directories are enough to provide diversity, without web 2.0s profile links etc. I assume thats all they're used for anyway

SEO isn't for you then, find another avenue. It takes time to rank (typically 6 months) and even then you'll see the low hanging fruit ranking before your bigger keywords, you have to collect the data and build further content and interlink it. Its a slow process, two weeks is nothing.

This ^ - Don't take umbrage at what others are telling you or sharing with you - @MrWhite2018 was giving you some succinct advice and not being offensive. As someone that works in the health and social care sectors as a professional, building websites and writing within that 'niche', I can tell you that your website timescale would not suffice for rankings, not in the slightest. You may be lucky and get the odd keyword or phase ranking, but I'm afraid it will be short-lived. As mentioned already, it's a massively competitive area and one that is spammed to hell and back too. Big G is extra careful (mostly at least) when giving high ranking positions to particular keywords and topics - and for a good reason, folk visiting those sites and reading that content need to do so with trust. It's a slow, arduous path that needs patience and a lot (LOT) of work.

I have one site I am working on that is a year and a half old now. I post 1k plus content, with my own images, infographics and links to my own YT videos almost on a daily basis. I target those low hanging fruit that MrWhite2018 mentioned, as well as the bigger keywords. Do I expect ranking to occur within a few days, weeks or months - no. I see movements and signals and I keep working on the site until it starts to get authority, ranking naturally, getting backlinks naturally and so on.

I know it's not what you want to read - but I, and others, would not want you to fail as many try to build sites and content quickly and then fail when things don't go the way they want them. Time + research + effort = success.

Far as I have seen it nobody in greece put that much effort and none are of that high of a caliber. It's just that they have backlinks but I too have noticed the trend that Google cares more about health. Spammy ones never really make it.

I suppose you'd shrug this off but in terms of normal websites, do you think this is a true statement? Greek ones don't reallly seem to be doing social etc except lots of them do web 2.0s

I understand, but at the end of the day you still want to rank in google.gr, right? If that's the case then follow these steps to select Greece as your target market:

1. log into your GSC
2. click on "Legacy tools and reports" (it's right above the "Links" label)
3. click on "International targeting" under the "Legacy tools and reports"
4. click on the "Country" tab in the newly opened window
5. tick the "Target users in" checkbox, select "Greece" from the drop-down menu, and hit the "save" button
6. wait for google to rank you in Greece... IF you're gonna rank that fast anyway. If this was an easier niche you might have seen rankings in 2-3 week at most, but your niche is pretty tough.

they'll provide diversity for sure. But I think you should not bother with diversity until you see rankings first. Even if they're bad rankings, wait until you see them and then worry about diversity

No its google.com but thanks. I'll be building one for a local greek clinic later on so thanks I'll keep that in mind
 
Best way is to get traffic except SEO. SEO take time and need experiment but when you get traffic from other source you can keep going on SEO too . For one website i get very good traffic from reddit for start ...
