The links you have built are good. But you need those links to be consistently built on a regular basis.
You also need to build some other link types to keep up the diversity - web 2.0s, link drops, forum posts, q&a links, directories and maybe some private pbns if you have access to them.
More importantly though, it will take time. Probably 6-12 months to see sizeable improvements.
In my experience it’s often months after you’ve stopped link building (and sometimes almost given up) that the results start to become apparent. That’s just how seo works.
Also, remember that you’ll likely be competing against other seos with big budgets (seeing as dentistry is a very lucrative industry).
