For those asking how to get back account after disabled;
1. Go here = https://help.instagram.com/contact/1652567838289083
2. Fill it in properly. Hopefully you bought your accounts from a provider that filled the profile with first and last name. If not try and split the name in two lmao (worked for me).
3. They email back in a few hours with something like this;
4. Just turn your webcam on and send them your sexiest morning breath smile, along with the code mentioned above of course! Make sure you write it clearly.
5. In around an hour or so you should get an email back confirming that it has been reactivated!
