Cant post anymore on page

Hey folks

I got few page with ad breaks already but i uploaded a videos with violating policy then i got banned for a month (March) , until now ( may) i cant post anymore on my page

Please let me know How to solved?

Just make another account, I think it's already banned unless you will appeal to facebook
