Can't post ads for FB app installs?

Hey,

I've been trying for a while to get advertising for a mobile app and I can't for the life of me figure why I can't do so.
This is the part I'm stuck in:

(I removed the app from the textbox).

I press continue and nothing happens. No message error, no nothing.

Do you know what could be happening?

Yep, I published it just recently.

did you input the url of your app? or able to select it?

Yes, in fact it gets automatically selected as it is the only app I have. It's strange that it won't do anything to continue.

what account are you on? US? English? have you done ads on that account before?

While I'm not from USA, I have US language configured on the account. And no, it's the first time I would be doing ads.

have you setup your billing/paypal to use with fb ads? this might be 99% the problem!

I didn't really did anything about that until now, I've just added the Paypal method of payment but still no luck I'm afraid (BTW it seems shady that they can charge "whatever they want" with my approval).

By the way, this really got me pretty mad, I can't believe I can't even get an error message. I've tried with different browsers and computers (is there any sense to that?) but I still can't.

You need to enter you iOS or Android app store link to promote it, or a facebook one if you have a fb app.

I had already done that.

Do you know what? Today I could create an ad! Yay!, right? After having connection problems during the creation of the ad, I finished it, and after "starting" the ad, my account got flagged for suspicious activity!

Well, they can rot in hell.
