Can't pay Facebook ads with Paypal

Earlier today I created an ad with fake (aged) FB account. Added my main Paypal account and the campaign activated, but the ad was still under review. I leave it and came back about an hour later to see that that FB account had been temporarily blocked, and they asked ID to unblock it, which I can't provide. So I go ahead and create the same ad in my personal FB account and try to use the same Paypal account as the payment option, but when I hit "Agree and Pay" I get this:

[h=2]Your Paypal payment could not be completed. You can always visit your account settings and add a valid credit card number, or update your Paypal information to complete your purchase. Please contact Paypal directly if you believe there's something wrong with your account.[/h]
I even cancelled the previous preapproved payment that was generated when I used the PP account with the fake FB account, but it didn't help, I keep getting the same message.

Could it be that FB banned the PP account due to me trying to use it on two different ad accounts?

Any opinion from people who have experienced a similar thing is more than welcomed.

i am not sure about you use your paypal in two accounts may caused fb banned your pp , i think it's against their terms , but the only way i can help you it's try this site " clikcom . net "
i am using this site to advertise at google but never used it before at facebook

Anyone found a solution to this? I also got this message on both my FB accounts sharing the same paypal address...

1 account = 1 paypal account. Simpel as that.

Same like 1 phone = facebook account
or
1 creditcard = 1 facebook account.

You can't unlink your paypal account from facebook account, when FB temprorarily locked the account. If you could access the account, then yes, you can unlink it and use it on other account. But this is risky aswell, FB billing section may lock it aswell, because PP account was used on other account.

Sending ID only work like 40% on times.

I'm having a bit of the same problem.
Facebook has really tightened their security over the last few months, so using the same PayPal or mobile for verification will alert the fraud team, specifically because it is against the TOS to do so.

If you're an agency/freelancer you might be able to get around it.
Simply reply back with a mail explaining that the client is giving his credit card for you to use.

Maybe try to add another email address in your paypal and pay using that email address for the ad campaign...

Depending on the country you live in, I guess it might be possible to get a PayPal access card. Then you could just fill in your access card information as a credit card and it'll bill from your PayPal account.

Guys, never buy from people that don't have a BST here, specially if the "seller" account is brand new and even more so if they offer you things very sought for like facebook working VCCs or advertiser accounts with loaded money. It's very likely that you'll only get scammed.

Name on Credit Card/Paypal = Name on FB Account

FB is coming hard on advertisers. So have to follow every guideline there is to be safe.
