Can't open an account

I tried to make an account on Clickbank but received a refusal, so I also tried using VPN to try different countries and got a rejection - Germany and UK.

Does Clickbank get new marketers nowadays? Are they particularly selective with the countries?

You should have tried a US VPN. Don't use free public VPNs. They are very easy to detect.
