Can't login to Paypal? Need Help!

I know you guys are not Paypal team, but you can help me to figure out what's happening.

I have-not accessed my account for more than 4 months. But When I tried to log in today, it shows this error "We're sorry, but we're having trouble logging you in. Please try again after some time."
My account was in negative balance 30-40$ (from 8 months) Maybe. I sent a support ticket to Paypal but in reply they sent me "how to reset password or email".

Did Paypal delete my account due to negative balance? Should I contact them again?

Just call them, and tell them you forget your details, and they will help you reset the password. do you remember the e-mail which you signed up? Just say forget password and reset it. It should be fine.

I know my pass and email very well. And my email is also in daily use so no chance of forgetting it.
Also, its not showing you "entered the wrong email or pass."
 
as the situation your account is deleted or frozen because u didnt log in for long time or a negative balance try to reset the password after that u will be able to login for sure.
 
I tried to reset the password but it says
"Sorry, we couldn't confirm you're the account owner using our automated system.
You can try again. Or, for additional help accessing your account, send us an email or call"
