Cant log in or reset password

This is not my real account. I made this account so i could post a thread to find out what happened. My real account here is wakkaoaka, one day I couldnt log in because my password was wrong apparently. I then tried to reset my password but it said that my email address didnt exist on your database. It may have gotten deleted because of that DDOS occuring at the same time I started having these issues. I tried contacting support through that ticket system but still havent got a reply, hence why i made this thread.

Is it possible for me to get my account back in order?
