Cant log in from my home ip address.

Why can I not log in to BHW from my home ip address anymore? Haven't been able to since last night.

I think a few other members were having the same issue with their home IP addresses and they all had to use proxies.

Hope you can sort this out.
 
Are you using any speed / browser tweaks of any kind? If not, send a PM to Trophaeum and ask him to check if your IP is banned.
 
Yeah it's weird. I'm on my iPhone and can't use my wifi for BHW, just edge.
 
Will do Clix. Why would my ip be banned if you don't mind me asking?
 
I got similar for some day's ago but also a message from BadBehavior so I had to unplug my cable modem for some 3 hours to get a new IP. It solved the problem. Don't know it your problem is the same though...
 
It's an aggressive anti-DDoS solution that we have in place that looks for IPs that are a little too "active". Too many concurrent connection attempts with the server sets off the auto-ban. That's why I was asking if you had any kind of browser speed tweaks installed, such as fasterfox or an IE tweak that ups the connections over the standard 8. Unfortunately, it's something we have to use just to keep the server running, with these DDoS attacks going on constantly (which is also why we have so many DB errors).
 
Damn. I don't but I have to confess that I spend a lot of time on here. I pmed Troph.
 
I made a post about this about 2 days ago, I have not made or added any new performance altering plugins/apps and I am not able to get to the site either..thanks for the info Clix...sending pm now
 
I may have been logged on here from both my laptop and iphone at the same time.
 
that was fast, sent a pm to Trophaeum and 10 min later I could log in..
 
I'm having the same problem from home. At work, which is where I am now, works fine. I don't think I have Fasterfox installed anymore. I rarely use IE.

Of course I can get on from home through a proxy, but it's a pain in the ass.
