So this has happened to me several times before, mainly when just browsing websites. Essentially what happens is that when I get to a webpage I hit the back button and no matter how many times I spam it I can't get off the webpage, it like I'm locked into the page. Now I don't have an example handy but I will try to find one. Does anyone know how to do this?

use the backspace button on your keyboard?? or just close it and use a different tab each time you open a new link etc

I have seen this before and I have always assumed that it was because you landed on a landing page and were forwarded the the final page. Hitting 'back' would only send you to the final page again.
If this happens to you again: instead of just hitting "back", use the 'back drop-down' and see if there is a page in between the 'one you were on before' and the one you are on now.
