Purchased a FB account that was registered in 2017, but simply cannot seem to join any group?
It shows the button but it is greyed out so its unclickable.

Any ideas on how to get around this?

Have you checked your internet? Sometimes in Firefox browser FB loading slowly or disconnecting.

Yeah its nothing related to internet / ip location

Im thinking it has something to do with the account itself, it was an empty aged account so guessing its restricted, but was wondering if there are any ways to move this restriction

Did you try and create your own group to see if the restriction is universal to all groups?

Thankyou!

Just tried this, account is restricted

"Your account is restricted for 29 days
Your account activity didn't follow our Community Standards, so you can't do one or more things you usually do."

Abit weird considering its a aged 2017 account with no previous activity - literally an empty profile?

Anyone know what accounts are best to use for group spamming?

Would fresh accounts work fine?

Can may be used to be limited features, I don’t sure it may be return to normal

I have the same problem did you find out what the problem was?

Maybe after logging in to that account, you need to wait for a while to warm up it and then join groups later, if you join groups immediately facebook would see that you are violating their policy.
Fresh account can do what you want also but you have to accept that it wouldn't last for long

you will find Kelly socialfire resolved the issue using BTB advise as a test

Well i think the previous owner make some spam or something and thats way he got a lock for joining groups

You just needed to wait some days and do some other actions (likes, comments, shares in your feed, friend requests), and the button would come back after a week or 2

You need to wait only and you can check the button after the days you have account restricted.

It looks like the group or the content that you bought is banned.

People do sell banned accounts.

It's not just a question of joining certain groups but joining all groups.

If I were you, I will ask for a replacement account.

try facebool limlik verified accounts they are very resistant to being shut down and restricted

You'll have to wait for the restriction to lift before being able to join groups again. Far as I know, there's no way to circumvent the restriction barring alternate accounts. Usually, spamming groups The only answer is stop spamming in groups you're in. When making posts, remember to keep it relevant and containing information of value per the group. Posting the same content over several different groups might also get you flagged. So yeah, once the restriction lifts and you can join groups again, you'll want to pay more attention to your posting habits/ patterns. Hope that helps.
