Cant greasemonkey save URL in file?

I would like every time i visit a page, if the page has a certain word in its HTML, for greasemonkey to save the page URL in a txt or a csv file.

I can make a script that will only execute if the word is present. But is greasemonkey or tampermonkey able to inteact with the browser and computer on a level where it saves page URLs in a file?
