Can't get my new sites indexed

I've just bought a domain last week, put a few quality backlinks on it and it didn't get indexed by google. I checked archive.org (should have done that before I know) and saw that the domain was used as a link farm before.

Ok. I thought that maybe this is the reason why google doesn't index it, so I bought another aged domain. I checked the archive.org and saw nothing fishy. I know it's only 3 days since I bought the domain but there should be around 100 quality backlinks on it already and google still didn't index it.

Usually I get my sites indexed within 48h. Any ideas why it won't index?

Yes - you are just being impatient. I would re-visit if it is not indexed in a day or two. I have had a few sites in the last week not get indexed in the typical 48hr period either - but they are now. Just wait
 
Since its a new website you should keep adding new and original contents as often as possible. Do this for about one week. After consistently adding new contents for one week your links should get indexed naturally by G00gle. If your site is still not indexed by that time then I think your domain probably got banned by G search engine. You can start all over using a different aged domain or file a reinstatement to G telling them that you're the new owner of the domain and that you're using it for legitimate purpose. There are also other options out there but not sure what they are.
 
is it wordpress? Have you made sure that the site is set to show up in the search engines by ticking the "allow" in wordpress privacy settings

are you using the same IP as the banned domain, sometimes if it was deindexed for something bad then it can sometimes have repercussions on others sites (mainly for phising blocks)

You're using unique content? Have you added adense on the blog before content?

Well, the OP got to find out if the domain is banned or not because no matter how great his contents are on the his website, if the domain is indeed band it will not get any traffic from G since the pages doesn't get index at all.
 
Submit your site to compete, quantcast, statbrain, that should help it to get indexed.

I agree. But what are the odds of buying two banned domains in a row? I've never bought a banned domain in 5 years. I will wait and see then.
 
Couple of year's ago I index my site by submitting it to google directory. And it get index within in an hour.
 
Have you tried using the scrapebox Rapid Indexer tool yet?
 
just give up this domain.
even google index your site, and it won't have good serp.
 
Submit site to google, yahoo and bing manually.

Also put the site in business listings,

Google Places www.google.com/local/add
Yahoo Local http://listings.local.yahoo.com/
Bing Local https://ssl.bing.com/listings/ListingCenter.aspx

-to make it really fast, make accounts on at least 10 web 2.0, soc. networks, photo/video sharing sites and microblogs properties and whatever you post on main website make a buzz about it on those properties, put a link to your new post, put a photos on flickr and use keywords like for website, make a video and post on youtube, tags to be relevant to your website etc etc..., for start use:

I am also branding all my properties, each one of them have logo of website, similar descriptions of site and main keywords, interlinked and reposted every time on different way... And sometimes I use IM Link Blaster Pro for mass ping and meta submitting. I don't remember when my post was indexed for more than 1 hour.

This is what I normally do to index my site. Generate Sitemap XML, create RSS feed for that and use rss submitter site like bulkping.

Also, I do an extensive social bookmarking using SeNuke. My domains and site normally gets indexed in a day or two max.

Also don't forget to create google's webmasters account and submit your site there
 
I have heard some say that adding your site to Google+ has helped with indexing. In my experience, wordpress sites get indexed pretty quick. If you have an aged domain that has issues, you can submit it to google for a review using webmaster tools. Make sure you have good content on it.

You bought two aged domains without seeing if they were indexed first.

Nothing to roll eyes about. A new fresh domain will NEVER be indexed, so why should an old domain be? I recently bought an aged domain, super old, no results, no backlinks, nothing. Got indexed ASAP-- 12 pages actually.

One problem I have noticed though, which may be totally unrelated, is that my site is page 1 on Yahoo, and no where in the Google SERPs.

Anyway..
Why should an old domain be indexed..gee..I dont know..perhaps for the bleeding obvious.
Since you are new to all this I will help you out.
Most aged domains for sale are..wait for it..indexed..
I would be immediately sus of an aged domain that was not indexed..for more bleeding obvious reasons which I am not going to bother spelling out for ya.
