Can’t Get Bing Ads Account to Accept Payment

I keep trying to create a new Bing Ads account, but payment methods always get locked. I’ve double-checked the card, region, and billing info. Does anyone have advice for properly setting up a Bing Ads account so payments go through smoothly?

Call Bing support after creating the account. Sometimes they can manually verify your payment and unlock it.
 
Make sure the card is fully authorized for international transactions if needed. Some banks block foreign payments by default.
