Cant Follow Users!

something Strange when i try to follow users by my account i cant..
i no get any block message or something else just click to follow turn to green and after to white again..
but whats that strange is when i try to follow users via ig app from my iphone i cant..
but when i try to follow via the website i can follow users..

what is that? i sent alots reports to ig but they dont do anything.... :S

What is your total users "following" number? you may be following the max, and need to unfollow before
trying to follow more. If that's the case, I would recommend unfollowing your not following back first.

youre probably maxed out mate. unfolow people u dont need and replace them with your new follows. should work
