i use tubeplus.me , they often have shows up within hours. they utilize a bunch of different sources. movies too

With that said, I usually get mine from demonoid and the shows are up within a few hours
after being aired, at least the one's during prime time are.

 

personally ive found that watchseries.eu is the best alternative to icefilms, quality shows and a massive amount of decent sources

 

One Click Hoster are still my favourites, secure and fast.
Rapidshare and other's won't go anywhere in the near future, and TV episodes are usually up 30-60min after being aired.
