Can't Find My Category on GMB

I was trying to set up a GMB for a PPL campaign and when I started creating a listing, I couldn't find my category. It just isn't there.

The niche is mold removal so I tried to find something like Water Damage Restoration or something. But no, I can't. No damage restoration category is available.

Does anybody know why this is?

Does my device location have anything to do with it (I'm outside the US, trying to set up a listing in the US)?
