Can't find "apply now" button in rich pin validator

I tried validating my site through rich pin validator but I can't find the "apply now" button. It only shows an error sign at the author's place because there is no author name. Can that be the reason? If so how can I fix the problem? Also, I did enable the meta graphic data option from Yoast SEO.

Yes yes. The apply now button doesn't appear.
