Can't find anyone to write content for me.. WTH

Yes, yes, I know marketplace have many service for writing content.
But what I need is Chinese content

I tried to find some content writer in Chinese eBay
They asked me what is the content about and keyword
I said it is about my facebook like/ instagram follower selling service, keyword is "Buying like"
And they just told me that they couldn't do it.
Asked almost 10 of them with different prices, even asked peoples are 10 times more expensive than others, still "No"

Why is that:/

Have you Tried iwriter and other freelancing sites? I am sure you will find someone who can do this task for you.

And why did you not check out Upwork or any other freelancing sites for dedicated Chinese services?

Clearly you can't expect English content writers to be able to provide you with Chinese content.
That's like going to the grocery store and wanting to buy meat...

Have found some but the price is way to high for SEO purpose :/
Talking about $100-200 per article :/

Because they don't understand the job. There's no other reason to turn it down

Most writers are producing English content; after all, that's where the money is.

You probably need to find a Chinese person living in China who is bi-lingual (That's a tough ask and it's going to cost you).

I would say ask a local Chinese student but overseas Asian students are generally very well off and don't need your cash (In fact you probably need theirs).

Could you not have the article created in English and then translated by a native speaker ? Plenty of translation gigs on fiverr too.

I don't think they need $100-200 per article......Or are you asking for a 10,000 words article.....?
