Can't create profiles anymore

When Facebook understands that a certain profile is a fake, it doesn't let me create other profiles (immediatly ban them).
Why? I changed: Browser, Ip (or wifi). The pc is still the same, but how can he recognize it's me? How can I solve this problem? Thank you.

clear history, delete cache, use a proxy, rinse and repeat

Having the same problem i used to be able to make lots of accounts i just turn off my router off and on then reset my cache but for some reason it doesnt work anymore it always asks for phone verification or immediately bans them aswell used to be able to do this 2 months ago.

You use CCleaner software to clear everything. They will not recognize you anymore.

Ive used that and jetclean still everytime they catch me and my IP is dynamic too really struggling to find out where i'm going wrong.
