Can't create Profile on Folkd with email - me or broken

I've tried creating a profile on folkd using an email at different times. The site just spins after I hit submit. I always get the same error:

Warning: file_get_contents(https://www.google.com/recaptcha/ap...cgOubYtsb-pxBBIiXABL4&remoteip=199.167.210.28): failed to open stream: Connection timed out in /var/www/www.folkd.com/html_www/pages/register.php on line 92

Has anyone else had any problems? If it is me, I am going to be offering to hire someone to create an account for me. If its broken, I would like to to buy an email folkd account.

I also bumped into the same problem. I also tried to send them a message regarding this issue using their contact form, but I got another error: Could not open socket.
