Can't create new Business Manager on FB

It's started 1-2 day ago. I can't create new bm on profiles. My profiles old and with friends not blank profiles. I didn't had any problems untill today. Anyone having same issue and have solution ?

What does it mean you cant create? go to http://business.facebook.com/create and on top right you should be able to register. Please note that all profile are only allowed to have 2 BMs attached to them.

Before making a business manager account. Making Facebook page is 100% mandatory at this time only you can create business manager account.

Try to create a page in your profile it works.

Some times Facebook is not allowing new users to make business manager account. You need to wait for some time or instead try with old accounts.

Do i use static residential or just straight up residential proxys for FB ads? Cany anyone help or explain this to me?

I had the same problem. My work-around was to ask a friend to the account for me and I was able to use it after. It ended up being suspended 2 weeks later but that's only because I was using a rotating VPN and to clear the cookies. I think if you use a high-quality proxy you should be able to create an account yourself though.

You can't have more than 2 business manager. That's all. Create One with an account of a friend and give to yourself all the privileges. It's the best solution.
