Can't create Facebook Ad. Getting weird error message...anyone have this problem?

Trying to create an ad targeting the UK and I keep getting an odd message and it won't let me place the ad order.

I get the exact same thing every time. There seems to be no real answer to this solution.

Try selecting New Ad Set/Campaign again just above the Place Order Button. Or login/logout of your account. These are temporary errors, should be sorted pretty soon.

Thanks...didn't work. Wondering if it's because I'm running to a domain that had been banned on another account at this point.

Maybe an internal error
it happens
try again later and it should run fine

I wish it would run fine after waiting...but its been more than a few days...only on this campaign and only on this account. Very strange.

try to run any dummy ad, hope then it will works.
