Can't create an AD in Facebook!!!! Need some help!!

When i create ad in facebook and press place order then it allways takes me back to start to create ad again.
Payment method is verified.
It has happend only with few accounts.
Is this a bug with some accounts and is it possible to resolve it without contacting facebook?

Try creating it again but using a different browser. Often times this is the issue. I hope that helps
