Can't create a Google Voice Number

Hi!

I have a problem while creating a google voice account. Every time when I try to claim a google voice number nothing happends.
I searched for methods on BHW and google but always I got the same problem.

I have no problem to create a new google account and to link a new phone number to my fresh google voice account. I tried the "call me" option and the "send code" option. I always get the verificaton code to the numbers I entered.

After that I get the message that I successfully linked my phone number to google voice.
But the google voice number I tried to claim does not appear in my account.

I tried the following setup:
- residential US proxies for registration & private US proxies
- google chrome browser
- US phone numbers from different apps like nextplus,textone etc.
- clearing browser cache & cookies

The only thing I didn't try until now is to use real (non-voip) US phone numbers.
Is it really neccessary to use US non-voip phone numbers to claim a google voice number?

Free Voip numbers have almost all manipulated to death from online marketers, so don't spare your time...

Yes I believe Google has all the free numbers marked , so you just need to pay for a real US number
